FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Promoter of the competition is Felton Grimwade & Bosisto’s Pty Ltd (FGB), 61-81 Clarinda Road, Oakleigh South, VIC 3167, ABN 13004809161.
  3. To enter the draw, entrants will have placed an order during the month of September 2022 on Bosistos.com.au at the stated retail value and received an order confirmation email. During the competition period, entrants will be automatically entered into the draw. If an entrant would like to opt out, they can contact Customer Service via the website. If the order is purchased and then refunded, the entry is deemed invalid. Incomplete orders will be deemed invalid.
  4. Entry is available only to Australian residents over the age of 18 years. FGB reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and has discretion to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. FGB’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  5. This is a game of chance, the winner will be randomly drawn. Each entry has a random and equal chance of being drawn. In total there will be 10 winners drawn from the total number of people who enter.
  6. One order equals one entry. Multiple orders can be placed during the time period to gain multiple entries.
  7. The competition commences at 6am AEST on 1/09/2022 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 30/09/2022.
  8. The total prize pool value is $1700.00 comprising 10 x $170.00 Digital Gift Cards to be redeemed only on Bosistos.com.au. Some imagery used to support the competition does not depict the actual prize. There will be ten individual winners, with each receiving a digital gift voucher values at $170.00 to be redeemed on Bosistos.com.au. Gift cards are valid for 3 years. Redemption of the Digital Gift Cards are bound by the Terms and Conditions of Bosisto’s Digital Gift Cards [https://www.bosistos.com.au/products/bosistos-gift-card?variant=40800420331716].
  9. The draw will take place at Felton Grimwade & Bosisto’s Pty Ltd, 61-81 Clarinda Road, Oakleigh South, VIC 3167 on 04/10/2022 at 11.55am AEST. FGB may change the location of the draw without notice. FGB may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
  10. Winners will be notified in writing by email and their name(s) will be published on Bosistos.com.au from 04/10/2022 or once the winner has claimed their prize, whichever is sooner. Each $170.00 Digital Gift Card voucher will be emailed to the winner or email address nominated by the person associated with the “winning” order.
  11. If the prize is not claimed within 3 months, a redraw will occur. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 15/02/2023 as per the above conditions in clause 9 and 10.
  12. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take/redeem a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
  13. The customer does not incur a cost to enter the promotion, beyond the purchase of product, and does not incur a cost to accept the prize. If this promotion is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to beyond the reasonable control of FGB, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, FGB reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion as appropriate.
  14. FGB is not responsible for and excludes all liability for any personal injury; or any loss or damage arising in any way out of: (a) technical difficulties; (b) theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of FGB; or (d) any other reason arising in any way out of or in connection with the promotion.
  15. Any data collected will be used in line with our Privacy Policy [https://www.bosistos.com.au/pages/privacy-policy] and as per our online store Terms & Conditions [https://www.bosistos.com.au/pages/terms-of-use-bosistos]. Records may be maintained for up to 5 years.
