Directions for use
Diffusion: Add 6-9 drops to water in your diffuser.
Inhalation: Add 6 drops to 1 litre of steaming water and inhale, avoiding eye area.
Massage: Add 6 drops to one tablespoon of carrier oil and massage into required area. Mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.

Pure essential oils of Mandarin (Citrus Nobilis), May Chang (Litsea Cubeba), Lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia), Siberian Fir (Abies Sibirica) , Lime (Citrus Aurantifolia), Petitigrain (Citrus Aurantium Amara).
Cautions
Keep out of reach of children. Not to be taken. Not to be used neat on skin. Use as directed. If sensitivity occurs, then discontinue use. Application to skin may increase sensitivity to sunlight. Store below 30°C out of direct sunlight.
