5 Aromatherapy hacks you’ll actually have time for
Essential oils are an integral tool for a balanced lifestyle, and you can enjoy their many wellness benefits for less effort than you’d imagine.
Here are our favourite aromatherapy hacks for busy lives.
1. Shower upgrade
Pimp your shower routine with this simple hack. Add a few drops of your favourite essential oil blend onto a damp face washer and lay it at the base of the shower. As you enjoy your shower, the hot water will release the oils… an aromatherapy treat for the senses!
One of our favourites for this is our Breathe blend; perfect to clear the senses on a chilly winter morning. But we also love Energy for a burst of motivation when there’s a big day ahead, or our Sleep blend for a wind-down shower before bed.
2. Clever commute
Driving to work or school pickup is nobody’s idea of a good time!
